Every physical order is carefully hand-painted, handmade or thoughtfully packed by Nix in Scotland. As many items are created especially for each customer, dispatch times may vary depending on the type of product ordered.
Shipping Locations
Mindful Lotus currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, I am unable to offer international shipping.
Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product you purchase.
Hand-Painted Canvas Commissions
Canvas commissions are individually designed and painted by hand. Current turnaround times will be displayed on the product page or discussed during the commission process.
Mindful Ritual Boxes
Mindful Ritual Boxes are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Ready-to-Ship Artwork
Available artwork is usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase via download and do not incur any shipping charges.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Delivery
Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service wherever possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable).
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact me at mindfullotus25@gmail.com and I will be happy to help investigate with the courier.
